This year, ELLA features an inspiring opening keynote by Lisa Nichols, a nationally recognized leader and CEO known for her powerful insights on leadership, culture, and personal impact, challenging women to rethink how they show up and lead.

 Attendees will also experience a dynamic panel of Latina trailblazers, including Maggie Bailey, Nicole Briceño, and Mary Cardenas—women who are shaping industries, breaking barriers, and redefining what leadership looks like across business, community, and innovation. 

The day will close with a transformative keynote from Vanessa Sotomayor, whose message invites women to reconnect with their voice, reclaim their power, and lead from a place of authenticity and inner strength.
