Who and What We Are Looking For

Reliability: Excellent attendance and on-time arrival every day.Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, efficient worker, and a positive team attitude.Skills & Abilities: Good with your hands, able to read/write English, and able to regularly lift 35 lbs.

What You Will Do

Assist in building, upholstering, assembling, and packing commercial business and hospitality furniture.Safely operate basic hand and power tools

What Qualifications Do You Need to Have

• 1-3 years of experience in any of the following:

Skilled in operating woodworking machines and hand tools to fabricate high-grade furniture ORExperienced in assembling parts and subassemblies using hand tools, schematics, and written instructions in a production environment OR

Experienced in setting up and operating machinery for cabinetry, countertops, or tabletops. Preferred: Experience with double-end tenoners, edge banders, beam saws, or similar equipment ORExperienced in upholstering framed seating, airline seating, sofas, or chairs. Strong manual dexterity required

Workweek: Monday – Thursday (Four 10-hour days)Shift Options: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM OR6:00 AM–4:30 PM for public transportation users Breaks: One lunch break + two 15-minute paid breaks daily
